Know The Effects Of Water
Fasting Diet
Water fasting is among the
most basic form of cleansing and detoxification diet. In water
fasting, you never consume any type of food other than water
for a fixed period of time. Water fasting has a lot of health
rewards as it allows our body to heal from all the
environmental and dietary toxins that we take in. And the best
element about it is that it is very inexpensive as it only
needs water. Listed below are the ways that you should follow
to carry out a water fasting diet.
Part one of water fasting is
preparing for it. You need to choose the amount of time that
you're going to fast. Rookies should select a shorter time to
acquire accustomed to the feeling first. Likewise, fasting for
longer than 15 consecutive days with no professional guidance
can be quite hazardous and it is therefore not suggested.
Whenever possible, choose also a period where you won't be
under a lot of stress or go through many activities as these
can deplete your energy quickly. Ready your body for fasting by
lessening intake of alcohol, smoking, coffee, sweets, dairy
products, wheat, animal meat, seafood, and eggs at least 7 days
prior to the fast.
Throughout the fasting phase
itself, take in 7 to 10 glasses of purified or distilled water
each day. Do not drink tap water as it contain toxins and
chemicals, thus defeating the purpose of your water fasting.
While fasting, get enough quantity of sleep and try not to
overexert your body by performing vigorous tasks. Since you
aren’t consuming anything, it is normal to experience a
decrease in your vigor level. You can also encounter several
unwanted effects while water fasting such as headaches,
lightheadedness, nausea, and exhaustion. If the unwanted
effects becomes more serious, cease the fasting and immediately
consult a physician.
After the fasting period of
time, you should not eat large amount of meals immediately as
your body won't be used to it anymore and might react
adversely. Start with a small meal first and examine how your
system responds to it first. It is also suggested to start with
foods that are simple to absorb like fruits before gradually
moving into those that are tougher down such as
meats.
