How To Start Your Three Day Fasting Diet

Fasting diets are wonderful way to cleanse your body of harmful toxins that build up from bad diet. They could also help you drop weight quickly. However, they are not advantageous for a long-term diet regime because they deprive the entire body of the vitamins and minerals that it demands to make it through. As a result fasting diets are perfect to be done on a few days basis only.

It is risk-free doesn’t as it is not going to make use of water alone, that can flush the toxins from the body too quickly and trigger unpleasant and painful detox conditions. The juices that you may consume while fasting are fresh lemon juice, the master cleanse recipe, pure juices, green drinks made with green vegetables and healing juice made of 3 carrots, 3 kale leaves, 2 stalks celery, 2 beets, 1 turnip, 1/4 pound spinach, 1/2 head of cabbage, 1/4 bunch of parsley, 1/4 onion, and 1/2 clove of garlic, placed in a juicer or used as ingredients for a broth. After the 3 day fasting diet, blend the food again for 3 days after the fast to be able to prepare you body again for food. After that, you can slowly reintroduce solid foods back into your diet.
