Fasting Diet
Fasting diets are wonderful
way to cleanse your body of harmful toxins that build up from
bad diet. They could also help you drop weight quickly.

a juicer or used as ingredients for a broth. After the 3 day
fasting diet, blend the food again for 3 days after the fast to
be able to prepare you body again for food. After that, you can
slowly reintroduce solid foods back into your diet.
