Fasting The Right Way: Healthy
Fasting Diet
Fasting diet plans are a great
way to cleanse one’s body from toxic compounds that build up
coming from all the processed meals and artificial products
that we intake. Fasting diets is also a good method for a short
term weightloss routine you can use to initiate a permanent
weight loss program. A good example of a healthful fasting diet
is cabbage soup diet, a 7 day diet that concerns consuming
cabbage soup and water, along with a few restricted set of
foods.
Cabbage soup provides your
body with a healthy supply of vitamins and minerals while
you're on a fasting diet. This will let you drop 8 to 10 lbs
within only a week on a steady resource of nutrition. The
recipe is composed of green peppers, whole tomatoes, carrots,
mushrooms, cabbage, celery, Lipton soup mix, bouillon, V8
juice, and seasonings. In addition to these components, you can
even alter the recipe so that it will not be monotonous
throughout the course of the fasting diet.
As for the fasting diet
itself, throughout the first day, consume only the cabbage soup
and any fruit with the exception of banana. You can drink
unsweetened tea, black coffee and water. For the following day,
take in fresh, uncooked or cooked veggies other than sweet
corn, peas, and dry beans, in addition to a lot cabbage soup
you want. Do not eat fruits. For dinner, eat a big baked
potato. For the third day, eat just as much as fruit,
vegetables, and soup which you like. For the fourth day,
consume 8 bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk,
along with the cabbage soup. For the fifth day, you may also
eat meat by means of 300-500g of beef, broiled or baked
skinless chicken, or broiled fish. Eat the cabbage soup at
least once. For the sixth day, eat beef and fresh vegetables or
salad, together with at least one serving of cabbage soup. On
the final day, you can begin feeding on unsweetened fruit
juice, vegetables, rice, and cabbage soup.
